This Privacy Policy describes how Swank ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects the personal information of customers who browse or place orders through this catalogue. Swank operates as a single-store retail business; we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Information We Collect
We collect your phone number (verified by one-time passcode, not a password), and, if you choose to provide them, your display name, delivery address, GST number, company name, and date of birth. We also keep a record of orders placed, items favorited, and items viewed, so we can show you your own order history and saved items when you return.
How We Use Your Information
Your phone number is used to send order confirmations, order-status updates, and (with your consent) offers and promotions over WhatsApp or SMS. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from the Account screen, which takes effect immediately. GST and company details are used only to prepare invoices for business customers who request them.
Data Retention
If you delete your account, your profile, favorites, and cart are permanently removed. Your reviews, search history, and analytics activity are anonymized rather than deleted outright, and your past orders and invoices are retained in anonymized form for accounting and legal record-keeping, consistent with applicable retail and tax record-keeping requirements.

By using this catalogue to browse products or place an order, you agree to the terms below. This is a browsing and order-request tool, not a checkout with online payment — every order is reviewed and confirmed by our store team before it is fulfilled.
Orders & Availability
Prices and stock shown here are indicative. Placing an order sends a request to our store for review; some items may turn out to be unavailable, in which case we will contact you before fulfilment. Orders are reviewed during store hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–8pm); orders placed outside these hours are reviewed the next business day.
Store Pickup & Home Delivery
In-store pickup is always available. Home delivery is offered for orders above a minimum value, arranged directly by our store team — delivery timelines and charges are communicated separately and are not calculated within this catalogue.
Account & Termination
You may log out at any time; this simply ends your current session and is fully reversible by verifying your phone number again. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone, and requires re-entering a one-time passcode to confirm — see the Privacy Policy above for exactly what is deleted, anonymized, or retained.
